    Maybe I'm wrong, but that looks like 54,000 acres aren't blocked. It appears that only the parcels near nation parks/landmarks got blocked. I'm guessing the parcels near Porcupine Rim, Slickrock, and Amasa Back aren't included in this ruling. Would be nice if formal review in court ended up throwing everything out...but I'll bet the courts will still grant the 54,000 acres as a bit of a consolation.
