    NIN

gonna see the NIN in wormtown tonight. Not a big fan but comp tix and rumors of a super duper stage show is tempting me to groove on the trent vibes.

Just got back...that was an intense show! I can't say I was a huge fan of NIN before tonight, but I'm glad I went. The visuals alone were worth it. Definitely one of the best all around concerts I have been to. Willywhit, where were you sitting?

    I'm seeing them in Dec.

I was already excited for the show, and now it just looks like it'll be ridiculous.

    Awesome.

I was supposed to see them two months ago, but Trent Reznor was sick. So they postponed it 'til the end of this month.

I've seen 'em twice before, and it's surely my favorite "arena" show, for lack of a better term. I can't believe how much energy those guys have.

I went to the NIN at Red Rocks a couple months ago at the insistence of some friends. I had no regrets. It was a kick ass show with THE BEST visuals I've ever seen at a concert.

Same here. NIN show on Tuesday, flying home on Wednesday, Thanksgiving on Thursday. I'm going to be a mess that week.

I didn't know you went to the show? It was great...they are always great. Doesn't hurt it was at the best venue in the history of the universe, either.

Where were your seats at? Row 5, baby...

    Seeing them on Friday. Stoked.
I've concluded that DJSapp was never DJSapp, and Not DJSapp is also not DJSapp, so that means he's telling the truth now and he was lying before.

No, the Mrs. wouldn't have anything to do with being down on the floor. We are lower level though.

My bro loves NIN and has called me no less than a half dozen times since Thanksgiving telling me I have to go, so guess I'll be there Friday too.

Yeah, that show was really fucking amazing. Trent is brilliant. The progression of the music with the visuals and the whole orchestration of the entire show was unbelievable. Great show.

Awesome show. The use of lights and video screens was truly badass. Though I didn't recognize a couple songs, I check out the website and Trent is giving it away these days. The Slip is available for free at www.nin.com. It better than year zero and with teeth imho.

(yes, I'm a little late to this party)

It blew my mind that they played as much as they did off of ghosts. Quite a range for a show to go from face melting guitar and drums to miramba, string bass and timpani and back.
