If huck4 is ok with it, I wonder if a couple people might be interested in setting this up for a ski lease this winter?

I'd totally be down, but it's unfurnished. BYOcouch, table, beds, chairs, TV, etc. and you're set.

BeanDip- I'd love to. Love dogs. However, the HOA rules state no dogs...and I'm the prez. I gotta set the example.
We moved because of it. Dogs in Tahoe should be a priority.Turning is for when things get in your way ||

Wish I could. Would have done it a long time ago. CC&Rs are difficult, if not impossible, to change with our owners.

I might be interested in a ski lease! I will be almost a permanent fixture there though.. say 3 out of 4 days or so. huck, is it by any chance on or near a main road to hitch to squaw or should I count on my own transportation? I have a car but trying to avoid having to drive everyday to the mtn.

If you've been to Incline, it's across the street from the Championship Course. Not too far to walk to the main highway, but certainly too far to walk with ski gear. Bus picks you up at Raleys...you can park in their lot. Bus will take you to Tahoe City and Squaw.

Is this a problem in a lot of complexes around Incline? The dog thing? How about cats?

Yeah, I think it is, actually. Our HOA will let owners have dogs, but not renters. Bizzare.
BTW, this got rented yesterday. Maybe next year.Turning is for when things get in your way ||
