Local club hosted a poker rally on Saturday. Over 100 sleds entered.

That’s super cool. I’m hoping to have time to get more involved with the local club next year.

Yep, but when you see that dirt, stop.
Put my back end into a creek on Sunday, spun some mud, and a rock came up. Put a nice hole into the front heat exchange. Time to get on the used parts scene and order up some rivets. Too much season left to give it up yet!

That's bad luck and a shitty repair. I had the same thing happen a few sleds ago. Paid the man to do the job for me.

Can anybody that owned an M-series AC back when Motorola Razrs were cool advise on how to best fix a saggy skid? My track regularly bottoms on my tunnel in any sort of deep compression or whoops . Is this a shock issue or a torsion spring issue or both?

Springs and shock service will bring it back to life. Springs not so critical but shock service is a must, no nitrogen left and probably full of h2o

If anyone is hoping to extend their season now that the hills are closing, my sled is still for sale.
Going to be hauling it back to Calgary from Whistler, probably next week, so could drop it off pretty much anywhere between. Look back on page 119 for details. Price for sled only, no other accessories, $8500 for the mags

Few of my buddies from yesterday. Super heavy wet damp snow. Hill climbs we normally can get up in 2-4 tries, we’re taking 15+ to set a track. Still fun getting face shots. It was a bit awkward when you’d dip a ski, and the face shot would drop 50lbs of wet heavy snow in your lap haha.

Anyone spring checking a sled? Best price I'm finding is about $800 off MSRP.

Leftover 2020 prices are getting really good. Comes down to color mostly. Not gonna do the turbo even if it is amazing.

Finally added a real ski rack to my sled this year and it opened up tons of access. The improved rack streamlined the gear situation enough that I ended up using the sled for skiing and powsurfing more than I ever have. Now I *need a new sled!

I fully copied kidwoo's design, but had to do my own measuring/eyeballing on the brackets to fit skis and a powsurfer. Fun project, but with straps/ratchets the supplies get close to $200 pretty quickly. If the mopros or CFR could support all the configurations possible with the homemade rack, I'd seriously consider shelling out the cash instead.

Save urself 5-6K and buy a used 19-20 with warranty. There are lots o guys who springckecked turbos and lots o people out of work. Ive been looking too and finding 10-11K for 1500-2500K with 2 year warranty. Plus u don't pay freight, pdi, gst. Ive purchased a bunch of new sleds over the years and I don' think I would buy from a dealer as you lose so much valuation from there prices...
