I'm actually amazed at how many people (mostly on the phish message boards) who act like Watkins is some sort of paradise. I mean it's ok, but there are like 5,000 nicer places to have a fest. Call me crazy, but they should never attempt another fest in a rainforest (aka the entire eastern half of the USA 90% of the year).

Maine was pretty awesome, although I think (from Wikipedia) Loring developed the afb into some business use zone so chances of a festival up there I'd say are slim.
