How'd you like CMAC? I liked the laid back first set, sweet DWD, Undermind. Loud and dark second set was great. Loudest show I heard this tour, for sure.

loved cmac. started off pretty mellow, then they seemed to find their groove during funky bitch. they had my undivided attention from that point on.

So there is still a small chance of an extra tic. The problem is I will not know until the festival. If I hear anything I will keep you posted. Telluride gets invaded a few times a year with Bluegrass, Blues and brews, Film. I do think its going to be crazier because most people that come for those fests have tickets and are familiar with Telluride. When widespread played town was crazy many locals were not happy. With the venue being in town where people actually live makes it a unique situation. As long as people mostly behave themselves I do not foresee any issues.

Been hearing fairly reliable rumors of Phish playing the First Bank Center (formerly the Odeum) in Broomfield, CO for 3 nights in mid-October. It only holds 7,500 for concerts, so it's gonna be another tough ticket for us CO folk.

it's kinda strange how easy it is to score tickets at shows on the east coast right now. i was at Albany last fall, people were giving them away. and the shows i caught at Harshford and SPAC, tickets were everywhere. it reminds me of Dead shows prior to '87. the scene seems to have matured somewhat. i like it.

Seems early to be booking a year out, but I'll hold onto the hope. Any idea when those Gorge shows are scheduled? August/Sept?

Hear this rumor every year.

I would love the gorge date, but it seems like it is getting a little late in the year for this to go down.

I am definitely buying the Vegas rumor though. And I think that I am the only one who hopes they play the Denver Pepsi Center instead of Broomfield (unless of course they are going to play Red Rocks)
