    Wow I didn't realize this thread was still alive. From that 2008 crash, my L wrist is fine. I have a small numb spot and a bible cyst, that's it.

    2 years after the injury and my wrist is doing alright. I finally started lifting again but I’ve had to adapt some of the lifts. For example, dumbbell curls are really hard to do so I now use resistance bands instead of dumbbells. The wrist feels like it’s getting stronger so I might be able to bump up the intensity and get fully back into the swing of things.
