THE NEVER ENDING CURRENT DEAL AT TRAMDOCK PSA THREAD

I like everyone else am stoked that there is now an all skiing version of SAC, http://www.tramdock.com/ , but rather than have a million PSA's posted in gear swap which seems to be becoming a trend, and a nuisance. I figured it would be easier to consolidate it all into one post. So if you want to post a PSA for an item that is currently up for sale on tramdock, then post it here. That way gear swap won't be clogged, and people will know what the most recent sweet deal is by going straight to the last post in this thread, and they will also see what they missed earlier in the day and try to find someone who ordered extras. If this thread makes it...great. if this thread sux...at least i tried.

so if you think there is a good deal on tramdock other mags might be interested in...just post the psa in this thread.

I don't really get this thread, or other "PSA" threads like this one....

If you check in often enough on TGR that you would see a recent PSA on a hot item, you are probably online quite often... In that case, I would recommend downloading the desktop utility, which pops up a little window each time a new product is listed, or sign up for email alerts, an RSS feed, or keep a tab open....

Actually, of all the ways to keep up to date on good things on SAC and Tramdock, I think this thread is the LEAST efficient way.

Whatever, though.... you're right, you tried.

think of this as the tramdock filter. hopefully only good things will pop up here. also, some people at work have tramdock blocked, so if you see an item you like here, you can email or call a friend, or tramdock for that matter and order it. is it the most efficient...probably not. are there upsides to having a thread like this...yes.

i could care less about PSAs, but this is a start. it might be safe to say that if you have tramdock blocked, TGR is prob. blocked too.

^^^ Actually not. I can access TGR but Tramdock is blocked because it is classified as "shopping".

Why didnt this idea catch on for SAC?

Sooo much better than the endless sac threads. Much more clean this way.

So... there have been about 5 deals in the past 24 hours that I have held myself back on. I can't handle this!!!

I was wondering, are there so many sweet things popping up now because its fall? Or is this madness going to continue into the winter? I just don't want to spend the loot now, and I'm hoping they don't start putting up only ski socks and stupid shit when the winter hits.

What is really needed (for the Northern maggots) is a stateside to Canada maggot smuggling corridor. It would also be great for moving gear that can't be shipped to canada by SAC.

The $36 shipping etc. fee negates the savings on all but the higher priced "deals".

I hear ya moose. I bought that Swix tuning vice last week, $60 is a good deal compared to everywhere I looked, but $25 shipping kinda sucks. Skis usually clock in around 80 for shipping with the customs charges. Could get a drop box in MT or WA but then you have to drive down.
