Someone in an old thread made the following claim:
Has anyone here ever actually gotten this to work for an expired SAC or Tramdock deal? I'm going to try, anyway, but it would be nice to know if I have any kind of a shot at all. It would save me from maniacally checking Tramdock for the Santiago Missions to reappear. I haven't slept in days. For 6 hours yesterday I hallucinated I was a dragon. Highly recommended.

Try the "swap" function/tab on the site... that's what it's there for, and I'd suspect it's very under-used. That's probably your best bet, as I doubt backcountry is going to just let someone have the sac deal... Originally Posted by Chesser

Yah, the two times I pulled the trigger on SAC I got hit with duty and UPS 'border fees' so bad that any potential deal was wiped out. And that was back when the USD was 85 cents CDN. Originally Posted by Moose Pit

"Swap" function on Tramdock? Perhaps it's underused because it doesn't exist? Maybe it's there but I sure can't find it on that site.

TD/BC.com UPS shipping includes the tarrif charges now, at least they have on my past few orders. Of course shipping is higher, but at least you know the total amount, which should be duty (GST + PST on CDN$ value of item) plus the brokerage fee which I think is reduced compared to what you'd normally pay. haven't been able to get this damn page to work for me the last two days. firefox says, "transferring data...." and nothing ever happens. Every one of my other bookmarks works perfectly fine. Tramdock hates me.
