    **TIMBERLINE TRAIL ESSENTIALS**

A few friends and I are planning on doing the Mt. Hood Timberline Trail in September. Im trying to get things going a bit early. I had a few questions about the hike.

How long should I plan on hiking a day?
How much food should I bring?
    What kind of food?

Some other general info could be useful too

    Thanks

If you'd only sac up, you could run it in a day. It's an easy trail.
