I've been making what I call "skittle bugz" which are basically brightly colored lady bugs that are about 2.5" ovals. Seemed like a nice Spring toy and the cats love to chase them across the floor.

That said that heart would be easy to make. Lots of Ukrainian themed stuff being made these days. Maybe I'll have to make a blue & yellow skittle bug.

When I was 21, I ended up at the corner store to get more beer, reached for my wallet and realized I was wearing only boxer shorts. To be fair, we lived in the middle of nowhere, and we had been skinny dipping all afternoon at our pond with the hippie chicks. So I suppose that I had the presence of mind to put on boxers was a good thing.

Making catnip toys is my fun & easy project that I do between bigger more intense pieces. These ones will be sold at my friend's farm stand along side live catnip plants with a portion of the proceeds going to local shelters.

A cat after my own heart! I get a channel that plays Seinfeld for hours on end a couple nights a week. It's a nice respite from all the awfulness.

Note that GG is now a lap kitty. For the 8 years I’ve had her, she would never spend more than 8 seconds in my lap. My new chair* finally arrived from Norway, and GG wants to be in my lap all the time now. Cats are weird….
