It is amazing how fast kittens grow. In 10 weeks Freya has blossomed from a skinny simi feral kitty into just a gorgeous and really sweet girl (still a scaredy cat with new people) and Baby Skye has filled out so much in two weeks. Ya, we know how to feed em.

There's a stray coming to our house that clearly has never been inside or is use to humans. I've been feeding it and it's been slowly coming inside, but never sleeping inside. it's up from about 6pm to 6am every day, keeping our rat population in check. A real beauty too with green eyes and cool markings - supposedly they are 3k to buy but I don't know.

We've been thinking of taking it to the vet and seeing if it's chipped. If not, put a collar on it and claim it.

it's a really loud cat though, I don't want to wake up to him everyday if ends up a house cat over the winter.

    Kitty Stoke

That’s a Bengal for sure. Bones III was pure bred Bengal and raised underfoot. Wild his whole life. Never tolerated being held, quickly approached, or any type of confinement. Always went out at sunset and hunted when it rained. Just got the wild gene dominant. He never raised a paw in anger, hissed, or bite. Very gentle cat. Click image for larger version.

Bones III was a rescue returned to the breeder. I adopted him. Who wants a $2k cat you can’t touch? I almost couldn’t do it but he was so beautiful, clean and maintenance free I kept him.

I am bummed our new cats have to stay indoors, but there is no way I could ever deal with either of them dying in the road like Misty did. Muted, I would so see if that cat has a home and if not claim it.

You could check and see if he’s neutered. He probably is if he was from a breeder.

it looks neutered - not much hair back there to hide anything. He's definitely wild like yours 4matic, and definitely roars/moans at any/every cat it sees and has swatted at me. Maybe I should sell it for $500, daddy needs some new skis this winter!

When it rained and he was young, Bones III would literally stack up the rats. As soon as it would rain he'd want out. Keep him:

"However, many outdoor cats still hunt because it's a natural instinct. Yours may want to go outside because it knows the rain will: Mask its footsteps and movements from prey. Encourage certain kinds of prey to come out of hiding."

That’s funny. Hidey cat is a feral stray, and a straight up fucking killing machine. Yet, the slightest hint of a drop of rain will send her flying into the house so fast she would think a fucking coyote was on her tail.

as a black cat, nighttime is her fucking jam.

That's a difference between wild and feral. Bones would come home soaking wet.

Mom’s job is feeding GG. I’m trying to slim down my fat kitty, so I have Mom precisely measure how much food. But Mom keeps slipping GG extra when she thinks I’m not around. Here is the little beggar working her charm.
