LOL! I actually call the area "the jungle." They love it during the hot days of summer.

The poor lizards around here don't stand a chance against Misty. I always take them away from her and walk a few houses away to give them a chance to live.

^^^ apex predator laying in wait.

In my experience the more laid back the kitty looks the more murderous it is. Misty looks the part.

Her face in the 2nd pic... You can tell she isn't messing around.
One of my kitties is like that. Chunky and all snuggly and pleasant looking but once in a while you get a look from her and realize she is a downsized version of a very large predator and will murder stuff just because it happens to be there and she's in the mood.

Those paws are asking for tickles btw. I wouldn't be able to resist.

    A little after dinner nip.

Passed out on his skittle bug.

I thought these might be too small but they all seem to love them and still manage to rabbit kick them

I know she loves us, but I am so glad she doesn't weight in at 120lbs+. A big dog I trust. A cat

Romeo is from Kitty's first litter born in April and the other two (Andy & Jimmy) are from her second litter born in August (2010)

Ginger loaf triplets. Could be an overlay of the same cat in 3 pictures, they look exactly the same!

Facebook just sent me a reminder that Hobbes is turning 10 this month. Here's the first pic of her when she was still living in a horse barn with her siblings, beating the shit out of them to steal food:

She adapted to living in a house pretty well:

Damn she was cute. Now she's rotund and angry.

Can one overdose on cuteness? That's quite the pile of blue-eyed gingers... I love the two barely poking above the pile in the back.

Hobbes' litter was the weirdest mix. There were 5 short-haired kitties, one all black, one all white, one all grey, one with a white front half and and grey rear half, and the tabby (Hobbes). The last one was grey and white with very long hair. Mom was a tortoiseshell. I thought the lady who had them just picked up random kittens and piled them together pretending they were from the same litter. Hobbes is the only surviving one by now.

Spud misses his brother pretty badly.
We're on the lookout for a short haired grey kitten (russian blue like) in the PNW.

I've got requests filed with petfinder but the only ones are California and further.

There is one tortie in the very back - you can just see her ear tips. Mom was a tortie. Her first litter (4 months before this one) was just 2 kittens - an orangie and a tortie.

Saw a lovely grey at PetSmart yesterday. They are there through Silver Cloud Cat Sanctuary. Maybe you need to come for a wine weekend and leave with a kitten.

(they have way more cats than they show on their site - probably don't have the time or volunteers to keep the site continually updated)

Yo, my friend, I've adopted three cats from here.
I'd bring this lil' blue girl halfway to your house...

Boy, that's the spitting image of Spud or Spiff.
I was hoping for another male, but I have no idea if it makes a difference.

Let me have a chat with the fam.
