This little girl has been with us for 7 weeks now and we are all smitten by her sweetness. She is going to grow up to be a big girl and a killer. Once she gets to go outside the birds are toast. She has the cutest dreads behind her ears and the softest grey coat I have ever felt. Misty is a winner and I am so glad we have her with our pack.

From the photos I've seen I think he's (or she's, not sure yet) a ragdoll.

A rather vocal kitty wandered into the yard today. Miss Mayhem is not amused. She hisses and growls at it. However Stranger Cat keeps coming up on the deck. It's very vocal.

Looks like its whiskers have been clipped. Who would do that?

Looks like my Mischa who has turned out to be a wonderful cat. Too bad Milo won't accept him. He's the one that lives in my shop but would dearly love to be a house cat.

    GG and my Mom.

Technically she was supposed to be my Mom’s cat. But at 93 my Mom does not want to be responsible for cleaning the litter box, etc..., so GG lives with me.

Fireworks in the hood were intense. Even I was a little scared from the shear volume and proximity. I left while the show was still raging. I got back this morning and Chao peed in the middle of the wood floor. Square Face was waiting for me on the front porch. He was rolling and rolling, glad to see me, checking on me. Then he went home. Chao went to the shed and is sleeping hard. Just hoping Chao doesn't forget about his box now.

Heh, a long time ago we had a calico named Kimosabe. One morning I’m in the shower and hear Ms TBS screaming bloody murder. I ran out to the living room soaking wet to see a bird with a mangled wing trying to fly away, only to be swatted down and held by Kimo.
Then let go and swatted down again.
Separating Kimo from her badly wounded prey was not easy, nor was getting the bird out of the house

Full panic mode at the house, Artie peed in the living room twice in 30 minutes and ran around in circles for a couple of hours. Hobbes and Simon were hiding somewhere, Bosco dog was in my lap shaking and whimpering. Even the chickens were gripped and super agitated in the coop. Ugly was completely unbothered though and didn't budge from his patio chair through the whole thing...

Last night there was a fly in my bedroom when I laid down to read the paper before lights out. No need to get the fly swatter as Meghan was on it. *jump*swat*crunch*crunch*crunch*

    Good girl!

Miss Mayhem hasn't really figured out window glass yet. She has jumped into the glass a few times at full strength to get insects and birds. It like a cartoon. Poor kitty. The world 1, Miss Mayhem 0.
