This is the big old crusty stray that I can't get near. He's lived on my property for close to 8 or more years. Managed to trap him a couple years ago and get him fixed but that is the extent of our interaction.

He eats in the barn and sleeps there when it gets really cold/snows. He does not fight with the other cats. They seem ro have come to an agreement of sorts. Click image for larger version.

Awesome cat. Ears all chewed. He has his territory staked out; doesn’t need more and the others know it’s a fight they don’t want.

^Reminds me of the beat-to-shit feral that I feed. Mangy, impossible to approach, ugly, but I have food so he comes by on the reg. I kind of love him.

Yeah he just kinda sits and looks at the other cats. I never see him make a move. I've named him Gandalf.

Actually I think those are matted areas he can no longer reach to groom because he's so old and fat. My neighbor's cat who likes to come visit <roll eyes> has the same thing. He's old and fat too. Neighbors did finally shave it for him. No way I'm getting that close to Gandalf.

Gigi does look a bit tight lipped there, hehehehe...

Thanks for the visit, Harry; and the gifts and schwag. Yer always welcome.

I really like square face's look. In another situation, I could adopt that guy. Brilliant face and great light ticking and color variations.

Good to see Mr.Chao in full relax basket mode. Hang tough 4matic. Lotsa support here for the struggle to help him.

Gandalf looks like he could send ya to poundtown.

He is very well fed. Beautiful cat. His primary guardian is fortunate to have him but he is also not altered. We don't feed him anymore and he simply roams the fencing between houses and comes here to play (twice a day). Perfect cat. Friendly but also athletic, playful, and curious. Chao has none of those qualities and gets by on good looks.

My vet says that Toms make good pets because they never act out of fear (i.e. scratch, bite, etc.). Not that he recommends keeping them intact just that they are generally more confident and less aggressive then altered males.

Square painted the perimeter of the back yard. He's only a little over a year old. I hosed it down and he hasn't added a second coat yet.

Nature's Miracle is your friend. Main reason I trapped and fixed Gandalf. He sprayed all my doors. So gross. There were puddles on the thresholds.
