My girl Loki. Kick-ass huntress of all things furred, feathered and scaled. Had a run in with a car tire resulting in a fractured pelvis.
Very lucky to be alive but super pissed about being confined for 6-8 weeks.

Sweetness. I lost my last tortie a couple months back. Miss her so much.

Luring fatboy AKA Hank out with butter.
    * he's really not that fat. He's only about a pound heavier than his brother and the vet assures us that as long as we keep an eye on it he's just fine.

Poor Loki. Not making light of a broken pelvis but damn, most kitties don't survive getting hit by a car, wow. Lucky. Hope the next several weeks go by quick and as pain free as possible.

Scrublover your crew all have such amazing healthy looking coats, good stuff.

    Thanks for the Loki love!
If she could, she’d hop into your lap, gently head butt you and lick your cheek.
    She’s a lover too.

Anybody using an automated litter box?

Thinking I’d maybe like to go that route.

    ^^ Serious loaf.

We have an automatic litter box (as in some sort of rake runs across the surface and pushed the turds under a flap so the litter appears clean). It seems to help our senile kitty a bit and it's easier to clean. I put regular litter in it and it works fine. Not sure it's worth the investment, the main issue remains: smell and litter on the ground. There are probably nicer models to address that but since we have a cat door...
