I think I have lost my mind. I am looking for the friendliest cat ever to be Freya's new best friend. This convict fits the requirements on paper. Now to meet her.

Kittehs have reached a sort of an agreement. A "truce" as it were. For now.

That is always a great day. Our oldest (TG) is pissed but she will get over it by Christmas, where as yesterday Freya was being so nice to Skye who was hissing and now this morning Skye wants to be friends and Freya is bent. Dumb cats. Hopefully in a week the two young ones are ok with each other.
Edit to add: I never had a kitty sleep with me, but little Skye was happily snuggled up to us last night. So damn cute.

You say that now but wait until her favorite place to sleep is between your legs.

Truth, I moved my cat off my crotch last night three times. The third time she bit me.

Edit: the kitty in her element

But did kitty stuck the landing???
They get less good at that part as they get older which provides hilarity. They also get less ambitious about what they can huck fortunately.

The Skye and Gigi contrast is hilarious. Young lanky lady vs old matron. Both are darlings!

Sticks it every time. It’s her preferred way of disembarking from napland. But she’s over 12 yrs old - I don’t know how much longer she can keep it up. There’s a cat tree on the other side of that armoire, but she doesn’t seem to want that, so far.

I'm pretty sure we mis-named this new cat. Should be "Goddammit."

    Impressive!
Hobbes ate shit a few times getting off one of her elevated napping spot. She's quite bottom heavy and goes OTB on landing. Now she won't even bother getting up there and looks suspiciously at anything taller than a bathroom vanity. Even that requires a long prep to get on or off with lots of booty shaking and false starts...

Dated a girl in High School whose family named the two Dachshunds Damn-it and Shit-head. Needless to say her Dad was out to lunch.

It took exactly 1 week, but the kittens are now buddies. It does my heart so much good to watch them play together. Amazing size difference for only 4 months in age difference.
