    Clone Wars

Is anyone else pitifully geeky enough to be excited for this like I am?

    Full-on LucasArts-produced in-betweener animated feature.

I'm pretty bummed it's all cartoon. As bad as this round of Star Wars movies has been, the last one seemed like they were back on track and dumping the whole Jar-Jar Binks bullshit.

Is there any reason from the story that Clone Wars needs to be a cartoon? I thought thtey could do just about anything in live-action plus CGI.

Animation = more collaborators = better than Lucas on his own
    IMO...

If you know your history, then you would know where you coming from, then you wouldn't have to ask me, who the heck do I think I am.

The original Cartoon Network shorts were great.

Are you serious? Ep. III had to be one of the most pathetic movies I have ever seen. The only reason I watched the whole thing was to see just how bad the train wreck got. They need to bring back MST3000 just so they can tear into that piece of crap.

Once you get over the initial issue of watching an animated feature, you realize that: 1) The animation is fucking awesome, and 2) it allows a much better story and movie for much cheaper than if you were to use actors and live action.

Holy shit. The last 4 episodes are better than any actual movie.

The final season started out a little slow, but the final episodes were some of the best Star Wars content ever. Looking forward to having Aksoka in the Mandalorian.
