Best opening sequence in a game?

My vote goes to Fallout. Has a perfect voice over and sets the mood perfectly. Not to mention the warning is still as relevant as when the game was made in 1997.

Similar in many ways, but I really enjoyed Bioshock's intro.

And of course, the train ride and test chamber sequences at the opening of the original half life.

See the opening sequence for HL never really did anything for me. The game as a whole was amazing, still some of the best sound effects in any game. I would say the intro for Metal Gear Solid for the original PS had a great intro.

For something newer I would say that God of War had a good one but I can't find it on youtoob
