I'm strongly considering it, but mostly because MMW is playing.

Yeah, MMW should be great too.
Have you heard of the other artists?

No way.... for $100 + for those shows, I'm still a bit skeptical....
in later news---- YONDER M0UNTAIN in 2 1/2 weeks at the Fairgrounds for all of Twenty Bucks. Trigger pulled a while ago on those tickets...anyone headed that way? Pregaming???

Wow. Tickets are going to be a bitch to get ahold of for the Driggs show.
Prolly will sell out.

thumbs way up--- Woodbox Gang playing at the Moose tomorrow night (bluegrass/funk-ish)
thumbs still up--- Targhee = emmy Lou Harris, Bela Fleck etc........ and previously mentioned Yonder show
thumbs way way down--- Biomecca + DJS in my backyard @ Snowking for the 4th..... yess, trance/house-ish at an INDOOR VENUE for the Fouth of July. Really? Inside? Bummed they're promoting a rave-esque scene in town when in my mind it should be about the BBQS, beer and fireworks

ah...forgot about yonder mountain! thanks for the refresh.
The only bad thing about these shows...I'm legally bound to stay sober through september...amazingly dissapointing to attend these things in an uninhibited state of mind.

TKM5337 - Where did you get your Yonder Mountain Tix? Tobacco Row? Trigger definitely needs to be pulled on that!

Reckless Kelly and Robert Earl Keen in Challis, ID on August 8th. Last year was fucking amazing. They play at the local golf club driving range! Needless to say it was an unbelievable mix of rednecks only found in Central Idaho.
I highly suggest hitting this one up. Although Challis isn't exactly close to anything...Some people are like Slinkies... not really good for anything, but you still can't
help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs...
