It would be nice to have a wiki compilation of all the characters that have passed thru here.

Well, technically it wasn't the vaccine that killed them .......
but if they'd lived they obviously would have been autistic, so maybe it was for the best.

Measles vaccine saves 20,000,000.
No word on how many will end up co-starring in a Tom Cruise movie.

"Mishandled Measles Vaccine Kills 15 Children in South Sudan" looks pretty accurate to me, i guess it would depend on if you read my troll or actualy clicked on the link
In any case my headline is gona sell to the anti-vaxxers and so thats why I put it up like that and nobody would have read it if I qualifyed what actualy happened
Sudan is a 3rd world country, the average life expectancy is 55 according to WHO and 145th in the world, so down there nothing happens unless somebody gets paid off, so maybe some health supplies went missing ... maybe they only had one needle ?Lee Lau - xxx-er is the laziest Asian canuck I know

Who was the other anti-vax guy who did something screwy (dangerous) with his kids and tried to defend it? Something Mike (sorry to Mike names if that's wrong)? It's like coming across Trump voters--always hard to believe people can be so irrational.

Goddamn, love the idea that random parents/doctors can best determine the right vax schedule. When I fly I'm going to have the pilot ignore air traffic control and land on an alternative schedule--seems better to me. Don't want the gubmint telling me when I can land.

As a father of two with an NP wife who has 20 years experience in pediatrics, I was always scared of the anti vax crowd. Haiti, Malawi, Sudan, Guatemala etc. are all great social experiements of NOT vaccinating your population. If and when those countries with such illustrious quality and duration of life equal or exceed the USA, Canada, Switzerland,Japan etc. I will perhaps be swayed into the anti vac camp. What I find ironic is the keyboard immunologists who do research online believe they are smarter the. About every developed nation in earth.
If you are pro Paris Accord but anti vac I will personally punch you I need the face.

If recent politics have taught us anything it's that people will believe what they want to believe, that all sources of information are considered equally valid or invalid, and that the main determinant of what people believe is what the people around them believe. Reason is mostly what we use to justify what we believe, after we have already decided.

^^^So true. When it is just some keyboard jockey it's not likely to be too big a deal, but when it is the president of the US of Fucking A it is another matter. That fucker is so antiscience that I would love the opportunity to kick him in the nuts.

Lots of different schedules. It's very arrogant to think that the schedule recommended by the U.S. is the best and any other schedules are to be disregarded.
Also, in some parts of the U.S. Life expectancy isn't all that much better than in some developing Nations
