    Kevin walked the upper section with a chainsaw last year and cleaned it to the alpine. I'm sure there will be some new blowdown, but it should be better than when we did it. Scott, the helipilot, is with Blackcomb aviation now. He'd be game for sure. The only difficult part is finding the trail in the subalpine. I wish I still had the gps track.

    My wife gave me a last minute hall pass yesterday. I ripped up to lillooet and hit Della all day. It was my first time since the Pinkbike article. It's still really fun, but it's lost it's sublime buffness, lots of loose rock and brake bumps now. I may have shed a little tear, or I just had a half pound of dust in my eye.
