    Mary's new sign is already across Burnside a few blocks away lol. Sucks Bailey's and The Upper Lip are gone; always had really excellent beer selection. Tugboat beer was pretty swill IMO. Speaking of new hotels, the Ritz Carlton that deep-sixed the city's largest food cart pod is going to be um...interesting down there.

    I know what you mean...no one would describe their beer as smooth, but I respected them for staying true to their vision. Good thing they had guest taps though, I really liked that space. Sad that all those businesses on that alley are are gone now.
