Normie our gnome slipped and fell off the ledge in the ice last night. He broke his tib fib and froze to death. RIP Normie you will not be forgotten

Visited Soldier Mountain, KC Passholders get 40% off lift ticket.
21 inches overnight Saturday. Sunday was epic.

Sun came out...
Been working the ski hill everyday it seems. Filling in as liftie during the day and working ticket office nights till 9pm. People quitting as the year progresses. View from the top shack...

Lots of hours at the hill, more work than play. But.....doesn't mean I don''t partake though. Been a monster of a February. Hill never looked better. Stiil close on Sundays so we usually take advantage of other surrounding resorts. We find the best deal and go for it. Today being the exception. Just lazing around the house. Split some wood and shovel side walks/driveway if it snows. which is predicted. We'll see.
Meanwhile... some photos from the last week or so.

Took Liam up to learn snowboarding... picked it up nicely.
Took an hour break from ticket office yesterday. Was good.
