Last year I sent an 8th and a pipe from New York to Seattle via UPS. I wrapped everything up in a sleeping bag, then stuffed that into another bag, then just in a box. It got there fine... I think the key is send ground, NO AIR!

fedex ups works great- dude is right about ground- but i have a better idea- wear no metallic shit and have it your pocket it is easy

I'm not flying, I'm driving. But I'm transporting a bunch of my firearms and just don't want to take the chance of losing them and never getting them back. It's only a 10-hour drive, but I'm not going to risk it.

And I'm only sending 1 oz and some cubes of hash.

its a felony to send drugs through the mail i believe, so i wouldnt advise it. A buddy of mine got popped years ago when i was in highschool. he sent quite a bit though 1/4 pound i believe. with that said, seal it up and put in peanut butter jar with the peanut butter. No idea what method he used to send it that he got busted. Probably us mail. I heard the peanut butter trick from a different buddy who use to get it overseas when he was in military.

I also heard about the peanut butter trick from a "reliable" source - never tried it though. I'd ship it ground with a false but "real" return address (neighbors down the street works well) and pay cash for the shipping.

People I know that worked at FedEx Memphis say that the DEA has an office in central shipping. They sweep with drug dogs once a day. Sending drugs through the mail is a federal crime.

I pretty much decided not to drive with it. I'm traveling with a lot of guns because I'm moving. Although none are illegal, they would certainly raise a red flag to a cop who doesn't know anything -- a handful of of those evil black ARs, a couple AKs, pistol grip shotties, plus around 20 handguns and several ammo cans topped off with just about every caliber made.

I drive the speed limit, I don't have the road rage, and my registration/insurance is all in compliance. Just don't want to take the risk of losing my precious arsenal. I mean, zombies are a real threat, aren't they?
