Awesome to meet a whole bunch of you and to see some familiar faces. Like Duct Tape, watching people have fun fucking around on snow made me even more motivated to get strong and get back out there in the fall.

No action shots from this guy, but here's some gimptastic perspective on the 2008 Mammoth Mini.

Duct Tape, pondering leg lifts, continuous passive motion, and the Rule Against Perpetuities

Bizarro Reservoir Dogs? Something pervy this way comes.

    General Maggot melee.

I thought it was weird how naturally stylish BigKuba looked in his one-piece, until I remembered he's a Euro.

Consider yourselves called out, internet skiing community: this is how you do it.

See? You don't need to ski to enjoy the Mini. EXTREME DRUNKEN OUTDOOR LAWYERING!

Finally home, after spending an hour rambling around backroads looking for a hot spring = straight to the car wash.

All in all an awesome time- can't wait to ride some bikes, wet some lines, and make some turns with y'all soon.

Well, I certainly didn't get as many runs in as I had hoped for....
Tending to the Captain is quite a chore. He requires a lot of prep and moves as slow as I do in the morning. Once I started skiing, I was back at the beach to demo out the Brockers and 183s. Got some sweet freakin runs in though, and had a great time. I was sicker than hell Sunday morning, so I dropped Kamini and the Captain off and went back to bed. I didn't get all the skiing I wanted, but I got enough to feel like it was a great weekend. I wanna go back for more. Vets??? Next weekend?

WOW! So many great pics, workin' my antiquated dialup overtime.

Had a blast, what a great weekend! I hit up the resort Fri & Sun, and brought up the rear bootstomping above Virginia Lakes on Sat. Fun times at FKNA, Bodhi successfully leading us through the dark of night to the Crab Cooker, and meeting/skiing with a bunch of maggots are memories that'll help me through the long hot summer. Special thanks to SchralphMacchio & Dookey for the rides. See ya all next year if not sooner!

    Mini STOKE!

FKNA, here is some Mammoth mini stoke.
    FRIDAY

Hutash says, "Get ready for some STOKE!"

The weather is quite nice these days.

PowPig, DiveGirl, and Spats share some stoke with SchralphMacchio ...

... because they're pretty sure, this one goes!

Everyone is so happy, 100% organic corn is sooooo tasty - FKNA!

Maggoptimus Dookey approves of Friday's stoke.

    SATURDAY
And now, time for some backcountry stoke. Location: Gaylor Peak, Tioga Pass area.

renoenvy is stoked about checking something - someone? - out ...

... maybe it's because Schralph is showing some skin?

McPoser gets jealous, tries to get some attention. I thought SchralphMacchio was the tofu eater - who's really soy at heart?

Punishment may not feel like stoke at first ...

... but when you turn around you see it's really nothing but pure stoke.

And now, something completely different - MoMart stoke!

    SUNDAY
~V~ and BigKuba are so stoked about waking to another day at Ft. FKNA.

Where's Waldo: somewhere in this junkshow is the bacon-infused vodka, bottled from the pure stoke that Mach Looney sweats while he skis. Time for bloody maries!

Too much bacon vodka stoke and you start thinking about magic carpet rides and other goodies.

SchralphMacchio and Rhea deliver a cooler full of stokage to the beach to kick things up a notch.

'Ey, Captain, this stoke's on us! (Rhea on the right)

Even the Eurotrash get in on the mini stoke.

Wandering, not lost, and squirrelmurphy feel the love too.

The Euros show how it's done ...

    ... and Maggoptimus Macchio approves.

Maggoptimus Macchio transforms and rolls out.

Cultural differences can be bridged by the universal language of stoke!

Autobots and eurotrash inspire a Carolina gaper to try to ski ...

    ...

Oh shit, where's the jeans and starter jacket action? The Carolina stoke is on its way ... you'll just have to keep checking back

    TO BE CONTINUED!!!

    Part 1

Oh shit! Soon after leaving the LA sprawl, Mach Looney realizes that he forgot his ski pants. In the meantime, Rhea is really stoked about her maggot sticker

A warm welcome awaits at Fort FKNA

On Saturday, Team Crack of Noon sets out for Tioga Pass

    First, some breakfast...

...then some slogging, which brings us here

Mach Looney is ready to go while Mach Looney and the rest of Team Crack of Noon are still lounging on the right. What? 2 Mach Looneys? Hmm, maybe shouldn't have had such a big breakfast

On the way down, ShralphMacchio gets the most out of his two trips uphill (one for each half of his splitboard)

...followed by ~V~. I must be hungry, I'm having Toucan Sam hallucinations

Mach Looney's hat is not aerodynamic or Toucan-shaped like ~V~'s, so it falls off at moderate speeds, such as Mach-traversing-across-the-fall-line

RenoEnvy (?) did not have an Epic Fail on the way up and is not dressed funny, so I have nothing witty to say about his descent

Back at Base Camp, the crew stares at me. WTF?

Rhea's falling down laughing -- is there something you guys aren't telling me?

This next segment brought you by

~V~ is stoked about her bacon vodka bloody mary.

Mach Looney is stoked about his sweet new ski jacket

    Rhea is just smirking...

...because she knows that ShralphMacchio doesn't know that he has sunscreen smeared on his face

Alright, time to head back. This place is purty, they should make it a National Park or something

...some hot springs and a lost pair of sunglasses later, one more travel pic for good measure

    Sunday

Rhea strikes a Captain Powder pose, not knowing that she's got the color scheme completely wrong

While Mach Cheney tries to figger out how them darn skiin' boots work

Maggot Beach POV. Life is good

    Even Maggoptimus Prime is stoked

Wait, no, he's angry. What he means to say was that HE WILL FUCK YOUR MOTHER AND EAT YOUR CHILDREN!!!!

Yes, YOUR mother. And YOUR children

Maggot beach, part 2: ~V~, Steven S. Dallas, Ms. Dallas, Elle Be, and Mach Looney

Mach Looney skis in jeans and a starter jacket

Mach Looney also does a bunch of other cool shit that SchralphMacchio should stop stalling and post about.

Bunch of clowns at the top. From R to L: Gebster, Ms squirrelmurphy (wandering not lost ???), ???, hutash, BigKuba, ~V~, Rhea, some clown I don't recognize, Maggoptimus_McPoser, Mach Looney, ShralphMacchio, and squirrelmurphy (happy birthday, mang)

Team Pure Radness ready to Shralp The Gnar

P_McPoser, looking benevolent, points to his planned way down

The Gnar = Shralped. It was THIS rad

Hey, this is a picture thread, not an endorsement thread. You need to post naked pics of your sister ...

... or Viva can make up for it by posting naked cougar pics

    or else I shall saaaaaay:
    JONG!

She's not a cougar, she's a MILF who likes to have an old lion work his magic on her...uh...ample assets. And, BTW, if I don't see her this weekend, she's planning to drive to the coast to visit me.

I am happy to say the operation was a success. Now, the question is, how do I bill this?

Good times, thanks to all who made this a great mini. I never found my camera, so nothing to post, but am reliving the weekend vicariously through others pics. Keep 'em coming.

Thanks...maggots rule, and "the Dude" drools.

Oh, we found them, just took some looking. And we found woodcarver Lance and his moonchild tele-goddess, too, just as the good lord made 'em. They say hi, and hope you give them a call when you're back in town.

    from Left to Right

    1. Some Maggots hitting the Pam Anderson Bumps off of Climax on Saturday
    2. While the Maggots of Fort FKNA enjoy some Slurricane enhanced R&R on Saturday night, The Dude sneaks a buttery treat.
    3. Mach Looney shredding Stump Alley with his Dick Cheney steeze on Sunday.
    4. Cinders ducks into the half-pipe on Sunday.
