What a great trip! Climbing Lincoln at the end of the day (both Friday and Saturday) was the skiing highlight...

    Even the mountains were excited...

(In rare instances, even natural geological phenomonia (like Mammoth Rock, as seen in this pic) will view Mags and Maggettes climbing Lincoln at the end of the day and may report a sudden major hard-on or loss of vision. It is not possible to determine whether these events are related directly to these medicines or to other factors. If you experience a sudden hard-on or loss of vision while viewing these pics, stop whatever you are doing and get the goods while they are there...)

Hey Twins... thanks for the views. Your pictures ROCK!

SO great meeting all of you... and partying with you all! Good times!

Just a disclaimer my camera is a POS and when these photos come out don't expect some Gunder or Grizzle quality shiz.

AND ALL MAMMOTH MINI MAGS - don't forget to PM/email me your stories and photos for the EPIC SUCCESS! thread.

Hey, kids. Don't put hot rocks in your sleeping bags. Sorry to my tentmates for all the smoke. Others will have pictures of the burnt up sleeping bag and towel, as well as pictures of all my other epic fails on this trip. Fort FKNA rules!

It sounds like I missed a good night at the campsite.

Here's pictures of my trip to Mammoth.

I started off with a little stop at Virginia Lakes

Less than awesome self timer shot

    turns at ginny lakes

camp on a quiet Friday morning

    (formerly known as) campsite run

    bear in campsite run

since the bear was hoggin' all the gnar at the campsite, I drank beer at the beach most of the afternoon

then we headed back to camp and skied (now known as) bear chute with P_McHardcoreMoFuckie

    and cdlv

dude kicks rediculous amounts of ass

after drinking tiny amounts of beer, jameson, and margaritas at the campsite until 3 in the morning, after Roberto's, the crack of noon crew had much less overwhelming aspirations than the virginia lakes crew, so we headed up to little ol' adorable gaylor on tioga pass

    ~V~ and Mach Looney

    SchralphMacchio lookin' strong

Schralph looking less strong after sending half his splitboard down the hill

    Redemption! Sorta.

While Schralph rolled down the hill after his board, P_McP and I had a beer and checked out the cornice breaking off this little cliff band

    Mach Looney

    ~V~ is the coolest

    Kuba del Grande

    mandatory summit shot

Rhea hung at the car. I don't think it was the alcohol, I just don't think she was impressed with the level of sickness Gaylor offered.

    ~V~ = permastoked

~V~ and BigKuba are a cute couple. I have proof.

a few mag tours finished at the mobil

I had a lot of fun. It was really nice meeting everybody.

Best Mammoth Mini yet, in my book. Utterly and totally amazing. Perfect corn, perfect people, perfect weather, beer, utilikilts, sunburns and chapped lips, hot springs, more beer, skiing in skirts, burning tents, booze, etc.... The list goes on and on... I'm getting fatigued just thinking about all the stuff from this weekend.

Every year, the Mammoth Mini seems to get better and better. Every year!

I'm looking forward to pictures of the various crews out at Virginia Lakes. Saturday had Sinecure picking a nice line. Spats up the ante and skied a damn fine couloir a bit later. Sunday had a few of use on a "Where's Tarkman taking us?" expedition which turned into a longer and more interesting Paranoid 4 type line into a big corn field after find yet another commanding and impressive view.

Wow, what an awesome weekend! Nice to see some people again and great to meet, ski, and hang with a whole bunch of new ones. A really good group of people and fun times all around.

Wish I had gotten on the board sooner and been able to attend previous minis, rather than a few months before moving back east. I'm bummed to have to leave the Cali ski scene. Definitely need to make make it back again sometime, especially since I just thought of a great future costume idea last night that could give Divegirl and Asandygal a run for their money! You gals rock! Next year is probably out, but hopefully the year after.

Great photos everyone. Keep 'em coming. I have a bunch too, but probably won't have time to sort through and post them until later this week.

Heh, great running into so many people at the Mo'Mart! S. and I were sitting there after skiing up on the pass, had the whole place to ourselves, then in strolls Sinecure, and Spats, and Tarkman, and renoenvy, and... Had actually only met a couple of them before but after an hour there were about 10-20 people sprawled out that had skied at least 4 different places and had no intention of meeting up. That place is a freaking magnet! We came down to Mammoth to hang out on Sat. night, but I'm weak and after food it was nap time so we bailed. We'll train harder for next year.

    Don't blame P_McRoadtoNowhere.

Blame me, they're on my camera. You'll just have to wait.

Besides, I already posted the teaser for the teaser above!

Wow looks like you all had an awesome time! Wish it wasn't this past weekend.

Great shot of my sis skiing her heart out before she heads for knee surgery next month. The smile says it all!
