As I said on the other site, a favorite place and several favorite people (esp. the elephant).

    Bondo, your talent is mind-blowing!

I boiled my thermometer, and sure enough, this spot, which purported to be two thousand feet higher than the locality of the hotel, turned out to be nine thousand feet LOWER. Thus the fact was clearly demonstrated that, ABOVE A CERTAIN POINT, THE HIGHER A POINT SEEMS TO BE, THE LOWER IT ACTUALLY IS. Our ascent itself was a great achievement, but this contribution to science was an inconceivably greater matter.

    Nice TR man.
People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

Wow, thanks all, and to whomever rated the five stars.

I have had the idea to do this for the past 2 or 3 seasons, I am glad I finally sat down to do this. It was a great trip with Maker's Mark and his GF, I appreciate their patience in me getting this up. It was a perfect trip to do some drawings from.

These were drawn from the photos I took.
The cartoonish ones I just drew from off the top of my head, obviously.

I will post some links w/larger versions with more rez, Since a Giclee print is the norm these days (Giclee being a laser print) You all can print some off from a good laser printer. Originals are 8" X 11".

Maybe I will sell originals for a pending maggot charity drive...

Every ski house should have a couple of these on it's walls. Another vote for making some prints.

Sort of like the the old Gary Patterson ski prints. I still have two of those classics from the 70's on my wall.
