What DID you spend your tax refund on?

Edit: I'm talking about Stimulus check tax rebate.

Received mine just minutes ago. I immediately transferred it to the one small loan that I have. Its one of those loans that I have long been able to afford to pay off, but it is just so cheap I've treated it like a margin loan. The fact that it still exists is starting to annoy me. Down with it!

Thanks uncle sam I did exactly what I wasn't supposed to do. I guess its my way of giving this politically inspired stimulation folly the finger

    Tax refund ha I wish.
People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

    Tax penalties.

edit: ohhhhhhhhhhh, refund... I thought we were talking about the stimulus package.

Paying down my credit card...and my stimulus payment will be spent similarly. That little thing called buying my first home really has taken all of the fun out of tax refunds. Next year...

I am. My $600 is listed as a tax refund on the official deposit slip. Edited first post to clarify. My bad.

Rebate? I didn't get no stinking rebate. As a matter of fact, I got to write those fuckers a 5 figure check and I am W2 withheld.
    Nazi damn taxes.

Just for those of us who aren't lucky enough to have already received their stimulus money, here's the chart of when to expect it if you elected to use direct deposit.

If the last 2 digits of your SS# are:
    00-20: May 2
    21-75: May 9
    75-99: May 16

Last two SSN digits: Payments will be transmitted no later than:
    00 through 20 May 2
    21 through 75 May 9
    76 through 99 May 16
Why couldn't they issue them all at once? Would that exceed the treasury's daily withdrawal limit?
