Right on both. The area shown in the Crystal shot that's in the sun is all inbounds, though. I think you can just make out the upper lift house at the top of the peak. The foggy area is called Powder Bowl (I think, I'm no Crystal expert).

The first shot I posted is the old tram at the Aiguille du Midi in Chamonix and the second one is indeed the Klein Matterhorn in Zermatt.

Are you a candidate for death by firing squad if you ski that face or is it, y'know, completely OK? It looks sweet.

Nah - it's sweet. A chair runs up the back side of it then you traverse the ridge, pick a spot and drop in!

I'm sure you have a similar picture, but no, this one's mine. It was taken 12/31/02. I remember because I used my digital camera and none of the others came out. I think the lens kept getting fogged up.

I swear to Ullr I took that very pic - had it on my Powder Picture Post for a while then took it down and now I can't seem to get pics to post from that site. However.....it's a mountain, it does not change (that fast) so I'll give you that we both have the same pic.

Still a sweet shot no matter who took it.

One more to get the stoke on since it snowed this morning where I live.

Hint: There is now a lift to the top of this peak.
