I think that ad hominen is your best approach. Rational discussion on such an emotively charged topic is beyond the scope of this thread.

It's all about sincerity, once you can fake that you have it made.

    I'm not emotional at all.
I keep me 556 loaded up safety on and right by the bed. 9mm in the drawer.
Someone comes in my house to harm me or my family they'll have 30 rounds of .223 to
    cope with.

Actually, I think that antagonizing truckeeboy is part and parcel of the gun stoke around here.

Never claimed any kind of maturity.
Just come sit by me and we'll watch "Dancing With The Stars" together.

I had a 226 and didn't like it. It was the stamped slide W. German version and the retention pins kept walking out on me. That and the bore axis was too high. And it would start to jam after 600 rounds or so of not being cleaned (1/2 a pistol class).

Got me a CZ and sold the Sig. Doesn't jam, doesn't bobble, low bore axis, solid design.

Truckee, while we're watching, you wanna play with the tactical rifle or will the handgun do?

I put a few thousand rounds through it so far, but always cleaned it after each 3 - 400 round session. What does a low boar axis buy you?

    The P-01 in 9mm.

But that's not all. It also takes a nice .22LR upper called the Kadet Kit.

The personal favorite of a lot of people is the SP-01.

The low bore axis and big beavertail mean faster followup shots, lower felt recoil, and less muzzle flip.

At 3 yards, I can sometimes put two shots as fast as I can pull the trigger into a target - and the holes will be touching.

I think Hannibal used a Ruger 556 in the A-Team.

I loved that show as a kid.

Sounds like sound physics to me.

The club I go to does a lot of IDPA-based shooting in pistol, rifle, and shotgun.

Meanwhile 206 blunt force homicides in 2005, less than 40 vehicle homicides, over 12,000 firearm homicides.
This is why I cringe when I think of people like you voting, because your opinions are based on emotion, and not logic or practicality. The fact that the emotion is an irrational paranoia makes you ranting hysterically horrifying.

But hey, Its your right to vote, and I wouldn't even dream of infringing on that in any way, even though I'm not sure where willfully ignorant voters, both right and left, like you are doing with this country.

If you're terrified by the knowledge that people have guns, then you're terrified with reality. Maybe you should seek help. Or at least people like you should make an effort to not live in the most dangerous places in the US. I have a very anti gun friend who lived in philly for a while, and refused to move somewhere less violent. I think you have no right tp complain about guns if you live in a hell hole like that.

No matter what, you don't have the right to intrude on my freedoms. I let you have your right to vote even though you seem to be a functioning retard with irrational fears.

Besides, we've had several gun control threads, and you've already stated your dumbasss opinions, why do you insist on being a little spoiled cockfaced brat in this thread?

If guns bother you so much, why'd you look through the thread?

Crazy paranoid confrontational violence-obsessed people like you make me glad I own guns.
