    Cnd. Rockies roll call

Damn shame, but the final weekend coming up at Castle, Fernie, Panorama and Kicking Horse.

Anyone going to be on the slopes?

I might do Fernie, Pano, KH from Friday to Sunday.

Oh, and did anyone catch the big pow at Castle this past weekend? Playharder?

I'll hopefully be up at revelstoke this weekend, we'll see it if actually happens though. Otherwise, kananaskis if stability remains good.

I'm up at Sunshine most days. I usually have my gear with me and am looking to get into the Dive any time. Look for the white helmet, yellow Arcteryx pack and orange Lange boots.

The rumour floating around here on the weekend was that Revy is letting all passholders from other mtns ski free until they close. Website says 25% off though, too bad, that was a good one. No, it wasn't today that I heard it.

It sounds like Golden will be a good party on Sunday.

It was like January, only 30* warmer.

When are you thinking Fernie, Eldo? I'll likely be at Castle for at least one day on the w/e.

I will be at Castle on Saturday for sure. Wife has a soccer tourney in Lethbridge, so I'm off to the hill. I'll watch the thread to see if anyone is heading out that way.
    Man, It was great...

Fortunately, unlike you guys, we have multiple kickass mountains to choose from and not all them close this w/e. SSV is typically still going strong on the May long weekend.

Whats wrong with that? Thought ppl were looking a bit bored, thought some spicing up was in order.

BTW almost killed your svenska tjej today, I came maching off of goalpost down onto the cat track and she was coming the other way, powersliding ensued from both parties, then we realized who the other was... säga till hon det jag ar ledsen.

Oh and I'm getting drunk, but still the weekend is an open slate.

Last two days in Fernie have been straight out of the nonstop January storm, except not ridiculously cold. Can't believe the hill shuts in 5 days... Oh well, stoked for Whistler next season and escaping the evil tyranny of RCR to the wonders of Disneyland...

Anyway, I'll be around Fernie every day 'till closing. White jacket, brown pants, white crowbars/pink lenses/white helmet. Will be on pink Praxis if the snow reappears or Prophet 90s if not...

I am now thinking of doing Panorama on Fri, Fernie on Sat and then Castle on Sunday. Will save KH for the next weekend since they extended the season and I can't get a hold of DougW.

Are you going to be staying near Castle on Saturday night? I'll be in my van but am always looking for a good place to park.
