my vote is for grizzles pic of the spine line showing the trax leading to the huck between 2 sick narrow shots. great light, good action and my favorite combo of tracks leading to an action shot. i'd kick doen for a poster of that one.

gunders night shot is very unique and cool but it doesn't really get me amped to ski like many of the others.

skijunky's rubberneck line shot would be my 2nd choice

aka - isn't it about time to change your location or are you thinking of coming back???

Obviously a pro shot, however it makes a sweet desktop background. From Pete O'Brien's TGR blog today

i like this guy's face. He looks like he's going to loot and pillage a small town below with his whippet.
Still doesn't hold a candle to the skijunky/rubberneck photo or skiingislife's tree shot though.

Have looked at this thread several times now, but not posted 'til now. Simply can't pick a favorite shot since they're all great in different ways. The incredible skiing and photographic skills of some people on this board never ceases to amaze me.

Hey d-bag - here's something for you to think about: maybe (just maybe) not everybody here has their little panties in a wad 24/7 and flies into a rage whenever somebody disagrees with them. Maybe these same mags don't take this place uber-seriously. Maybe this even includes the vast majority of the people who post here as opposed to you and like 20 other thin-skinned douchebags. Just something to think about. -JER

this picture kicks ass. it should win a prize because for all the shit talking about posting pictures of your sister naked on here...someone actually did it (assuming she is somone's sister...whatever don't hold me to the details.)

Looking at all these in one place is stunning. For all the garbage you have to wade through this is why I spend time on this site. Really high quality stuff here...and it is new everyday unlike my wrinkled, shitter, Powder Mags.

I'm sure everyone will sleep easier knowing that. Go back to not posting. It makes for less garbage to wade through for the rest of us.

not sure why that one raised the hair on the back of your neck but, for the record, I was just referring to the standard, alias, name calling that goes on. not TRs or photography. I am never critical of anyone's efforts to add stoke.

if there were some sort of actual contest, there would have to be some sort of deadline.
and to enjoy the stoke that folks like gunder and grizzle6, et al consistently provide here and then say their nominations shouldn't count because they're pros is kind of ridiculous, imho.

Don't worry about it, he's just pissed off because it's the 4th of the month and April's trust fund check hasn't arrived.

Wow. Envy much? I'm not ashamed that I have some money, but you're way off base on how that works. So, we've not only determined that you're jealous, but also ignorant. Not bad for one sentence. You really made the most of it. Please feel free to try again ya coward.

This is from the same post as "mini-tree jumper". I love the way the snow trail blends in with the clouds just floating there... Lots of amazing stoke in this place!

Thats Glacier National Park, correct? Looking straight out is Mount Paramount, I believe (the mountain Paramount Pictures uses).

Spent the summer working there as a cook... Some kick ass hiking there (and what would be amazing skiing...).
