I remember a storm that dropped 4 feet of snow in 2 days in mid-April. The Patch was going off - just lapping Challenger all day. I like how some of the shots off the railbender ridge (coupler, brakeman, etc) would hold such good snow so late in the day. Been a long time... many good days up there, followed by killer chocolate shakes at the Dairy King in Empire.
Ditto. For me, that POV is a trip down memory lane. Even after 10 seasons in CB, I still might have more days at wpk/mj from all the seasons I spent racing there as a kid and freeskiing in college. Nice vid.

    Sam, crushing it as usual.

(oh, and the pass was the best I'd ever skied it yesterday. 10-15 cars in the lot, first tracks everywhere we went. 2+ft.)

Friday right?-I was there that day skiing WP not nearly as good as you. That was some of the better in-bounds footage I've seen here. Thank you!

If some of the best times of my life were skiing the UP in -40 wind chill with nothing but jeans, cotton long johns and a wine flask to keep warm while sleeping in the back of my dad's van... does that make me old school?

Wow folks, WOW! What an amazing performance there. As I noted earlier, Jamie Piere simply took the road to Easy Street through the sewer, this kid comes up and dives right into the ocean! Some of the snow in that video was so deep a train couldn't plow through it! ALL ABOARRRD!

Forget PETA! This turducken belongs to you!

Looks like fun. Way to send it between the trees when needed. What helmet cam are you using in this?

I must be an old fart now, cause I remember when they were first putting in the Parsenn chair - and Vasquez was a poach.

That was the best thing I have seen. I also enjoyed MJ that day, I was by my lonesome so I stayed out of the deep trees. I would have been scared shitless tagging along with you, the stuff off the Arlberg trees is way to wegie tight for me. Way to go, gotta love WP suckage.
