    2/25... Anyone surf today?

Still plenty of size, but quite a bit cleaner compared to yesterday. Lunch break did not suck. Anyone else get out there today?

After yesterday I think I'm scared of larger waves for awhile. Took me forever to paddle out, and after getting washedover the falls on my fourth wave I called it a day. Hell it was hitting the windows of Moby Dicks last night when they closed the pier. For some reason we thought it would be a wise idea to take out jetskis late afternoon, I now have some parts I need to buy...

Yesterday it was still a bit stormy up here, today it cleaned up nicely. This is about what average sets were looking mid-day:

    mmm... Rincon.

I imagine it was packed, but probably worth it. Too bad I sat in a cubicle for 12 hours looking out the window barely able to see the ocean. Glad a ton of my friends got some waves today though, it seems everyone suddenly became ill this morning.

surfed shitty sunset (la). not that big, and the high tide swamped the place out.

the lights on pch were blinking red, and i didn't have much time so had to stay close. i should've just went to the breakwater.

Sunday 2/24 everything was out of control

Checked Steamer Lane. inside was a washing machine..not a single person out. It was breaking about 1/4 further out nd a mess. Every spot I know of between there and HMB was torn up.

Had a look at Mavericks to see if there were any takers. Also a stormy 15'+ mess.

Sometimes even the most played out and crowded spots have surprisingly uncrowded days (or maybe just hours). Not empty by any means, but considering the location, plenty of waves to go around for the lunch hour.
