"Tested mine for the first time yesterday, 2 sets of big powder boards w/dukes, its bomber, right now I wouldn't change a thing."
What happens when you roll your sled? Thats pretty high, looks like it would put a lot of force on the skis.

cheetah racks are the best go big or go home!
Been holding off on buying the CFR rack because of the high cost, but just heard about www.backcountryadventuregear.com
racks? Or even better used one? Good price point on these at $170 shipped, and they look bomber. I'm close to pulling the trigger on these
Somehow the "has anyone used these racks"
part of my thread got cut out. Anyone bought this rack^^^
Haven't tried them.
Looks like HDPE plastic, available at places like this.
As a material goes it's pretty cheap and readily available.
This is something you could make yourself for considerably less, without a lot of effort or bother.
While the price is better, they still seem pricy to me relative to what's into them for parts and materials.
Bumping because I found this sweet site and just bought a couple of the straps and the plastic/alu blocks Gonna bolt one right on to my Cat gas rack. I'll post up pics when I get the stuff and mount it all.
