probably solo - maybe not (though I can guarantee you they're not hiking up to the ravine)

pretty sure others are coming, they've just not seen this thread yet.

ditto. I'm a strong skier. I'm a strong hiker. I just haven't done them together very much. I do have AT and avy gear and some knowledge though.

For sure, you have to be lost to find a place that can't be found, elseways everyone would know where it was

The Sunshine Day Dream Festival is that weekend at Kmart....That is Fuuuuun! Good thing we won't miss the Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge. That's fun too! I heart spring mogul skiing, and beer drinking.

    7 hours from NYC... oof.

Even with the parent's house in north conway, that makes for a rough or nearly impossible weekend trip. No wonder i used to like new hampshire over vermont so much more when i was growing up... no new yorkers!

how to make it easier? fly into what? can't even think of any airports, i guess you could do pease tradeport?

You can always crash at our house on your way up...that is about 4 hours into the drive. Airports...There is the Manchester, NH airport, but by the time you deal with security, flights, baggage, delays, rental cars etc. it's easier just to get in the car, turn your ipod on nice and loud and drive!

Court are you coming to the Magic mini and Nils chair dedication on 3/22-3/23? We've never skied together...Git up here! It will be fun.

naah, java developers in the city never put in 11 hour days and then drive to new england..

i've never had to do that.

(except for all the times i've done that.)

    it's not a big deal.

Hell I'm in. Tuckerman's has been a goal of mine for 2 years now but I've never found a chance to do it. With set dates like this I'll feel obligated to get my ass up there.
