    holy shit...This should probably have a NSFW tag on it. Mostly because I didn't want to cream my pants at the desk.

    This pictures are phenomenal! In the running for best skiing pics I've ever seen.

    Awesome as usual Lee.

    You probably have some of the best night skiing photos I've ever seen. How do you get such good resolution without blowing out the city lights (i.e. what settings do you use on the camera)

    You posted up some night photos from Cypress Bowl a while back that were absolutely mindblowing

    mtnjam. those were Pat's mountain shots from cypress - i learned quite a bit watching him do that.

    I basically underexposed for lights leaving the background kinda dark. then i used the PS fillflash tool or mess with levels to get the background exposure up.

    Also these were taken at full moonlight. I have some shots of the moon really blown out because it was so light. It would have been hard to get the snow bright without the full moon - the differences between shades would have been tricky to deal with

    dblatto - my wife was waiting at home with hot chocolate! That was pretty nice.

    maya - it was around 9 pm or so. The ski down was "variable"
