Predictions for '08 SA Winter

According to a lot of mags, '05 was an epic yr. in SA. Stormafax indicates that 04-05 was an El Nino period. Currently we are in La Nina season for '07/'08. So what's that mean for '08? Planning a ski trip for August to Chile and Argentina and just curious.

The only thing predictable about Argentina is it's unpredictabilty, and that goes for the weather too.

I suggest booking your trip, and if need be, make a game time audible.

I hope I will be there.

I predict if I am there I will ski some of said snow and drink lots of cheap wine.

I predict that I will call somebody at portillio regarding a clogged toilet sometime in late august. I have a tendency when I drink non-u.s. water to produce some epic butt sludge. Ask the family I lived with in tanzania. If you want to know how to say "that smells terrible" in kiswahilli I am your guy.
But I suspect that's not what you were asking for in terms of predicitons.
