Back on December 7th....Me, my bride and another couple gearing up to skin back into Prospector Gulch (Near Silverton Mtn). A random Subaru pulls up slowly after pulling out of the Silverton Mtn parking wide spot. The window rolls down and the driver in a distinct southern drawl, "What time do they open the chair lift?". Me, "Uh, December 21st". Gaper, "They aren't opening it today at all?". Me, "Not unless you're a radbro Silverton Brill guide". Gaper, "Huh? What's that?". Me, "Nevermind. Have you though about skiing Purg?". Gaper, "Is that Mountain pretty hard?". Me, "Trust me, you'll love it".

Other guy: no man, it's aluminum nitrate it reflects the sun to slow global warming.
Me: I flew for the USAF for 16 years. It's frozen water vapor.
Other guy: Look it up on the internet. They're chem trails. Look it up.
Me: Do you believe everything on the internet?
Other guy: I do my research. I'm not some conspiracy nut. Look it up.
Me: Sorry dude, if that's what you believe, you are. Enjoy your day.

I wonder if that dude is related to the lady that writes into the Durango Herald spouting off about chem trails. I haven't seen one in a few months, but last year they would publish it seemed like one of her letters every few weeks. She would go on rants about chem trails and how the govt is destroying the soil with chemicals and ruining her sunny days, etc. I was never sure if the Herald thought they were funny and that's why they published them, or if they agreed with the crazy lady. I'd believe either reason.

Are you trying to say all British colonial separatists look a like? (I was gonna say Nobel Peace prize winners, but I Googled it because that didn't sound right. It wasn't the weekend, and I didn't actually hear it, but it's definitely a quote from a gaper

Why? Because I directed the guys to a resort where he could enjoy a day of skiing? Or because I think that the radbro Silverton "guides" that everyone sucks off are a fucking joke?

Chair 9 opens for the first time at loveland last sunday. Some guy bragging to me on his way out about "ripping down patrol bowl, and some gaper skier fell, so I pushed a couple of feet of snow on her, because people in over their head should not be up there".

Called him a douche and a retard, and let know he could check the spare if he wanted to.

People dropping in on top of others in terrain like that is gaperific.
