No doubt the public review of your day's video in the evening was made more uncomfortable by the crew!

Right, bombs tossed in 6 inches of fresh above two feet of sugar on top of rock never expose ground around the point of impact

    Little kid, to her friend:

It would be awesome to be a bear up here.

Negative on the gaperesque nature of that comment. That kid is awesome.

Son, college age or just after, to mother convo, apparrantly discussing Son driving outwest. Son heavy boston accent:

Mom: are you going to take your ski box?
Son: No way I'm putting a ski box on my truck, I mean I don't care about the mileage, I don't want to be a joey
    Mom: Joey?
Son: Yeah mom, its an industry term. Only Joey's put ski boxes on trucks

I'm in the shop and overheard guy demoing Kastle MX98's who brought them back in after 1 run.

    Shop: Finished already?
Guy: I think they need to be detuned, the edges grab.
Shop: They are detuned, 8" in the front, and 4" in the back.
Guy: Can you detune them from here to here (points to the front of the binding and rear of the binding.
    Shop: Under the binding?
    Guy: Yes.
Shop: I can't detune them there
Guy: I don't like them, can I try the Bonafides?

Lady on lift pointing to west facing Tahoe slope with not one single flake of snow on it: "Is that open." So sad.

I kinda miss the gondy for such crackers ...

but the best gaper quote is not even a quote ...

just the fact that the gondy cue at kicking horse can now extend into the car park !!!

perhaps if I went to town more than 3 times a month I might actually talk to gapers ...
We, the RATBAGGERS, formally axcept our duty is to trigger avalaches on all skiers ...

In the chalet taking an afternoon beer break.... overheard a comment from a son to his dad after the father handed the kid $10.

Nerdy, bowl cut, 12 yr old, white kid says "Cash money, I make it rain up in here!"
