This made me chuckle. And the idea of him passing the million other folks camping in Fruita, looking for a spot.

When you have a kid and a camper and plan to arrive Friday afternoon anywhere in Colorado, it's a rookie move not to have a reservation.

Oh it was very good up high. Had bottomless turns in many places. He either got upset there was a bit of a line for maybe an hour or so or has no clue where to go. I'd assume both...

We need more of this. So many people at Wanker Park doing in wrong yesterday. It creates more opportunity for the rest of us. That said, you wanna park like an entitled jackass and all up block in an entire parking lot...well it's not gonna end well for one of us.

First few runs on Falcon were great

T bar line was typical Breck Effect

Snow got heavy and it was really nasty underneath 6

Imperial opened late so never made it up before I had to bail.

Always feel like Iím chasing around at Breck, so yeah guess I just have no clue where to go.

Glad you had fun with the kid but that sucks to hear about the crowds. Pretty soon thereís going to be limited reservations for everything we do outdoors...ugh.

People, stop moving to CO. For the love of GAWD!!

FWIW, outdoor rec access is uncrowded/easy in Colorado compared to OR/WA.

Really? How can I recreate with less than no people. Iím sure the popular trailheads and areas are crowded in CO, OR, and WA. I havenít noticed any crowds over the last year in WA or OR. Access couldnít be easier for me in WA.

Fyi, I have a camp site reserved at Highland St park for next weekend, April 23-25 for $56 if anyone is interested. Gonna post it on Front range bike swap if no interest.

We were there 2 weekends ago and 18 Road was a zoo on Saturday during prime time. It started to empty out in the afternoon. Horse thief and the parking lot was surprisingly empty at 8:45 am on Sunday. It was a total cluster when we were hiking out and lot was completely full at 11am.
