    Colorado Weather Discussion Thread

I can’t get past the shots in all the videos where he films himself driving in or out of the parking lot and filming himself walking to the ski base area/lift. Watching that process as a bystander would be hilarious.

Whatever, guess he’s living the life.

I regret not filming all the fun I had as a 20 year old in breck taking showers at the rec center puking on main Street living in the woods in my car I'd be a superstar today if I YouTube in the 90s

I feel like this should win the thread for today.

Breck patrollers telling me the mtn might open on wednesday ahead of schedule. Don't know how credible that is but would be nice, it's looking decent around here.

Those wolf creek photos look legit!

Had a nice little refresh surprise for some good laps at the basin this morning. Crowds got a little aggressive for my taste but it wasn’t bad first thing for a few, probably helped that the pass was closed this morning for a while. Was slick as shit coming back into summit.

Anyone have inside info on when ABasin will have Lenawee up and running? Looks like the cable is installed (hard to see on the cam), but they have yet to string any chairs. 3-4 weeks at least?

Al said hopefully by Thanksgiving but no promises. It certainly would be nice, and I'm sure they are hearing about it.

obviously it is what it is but it would be nice if we can get it by then. Hopefully the wind came in favorably in relation to the wind fences and natural loading areas so that when the lift does open we will have some good skiing too.

That makes sense for Wolf Creek but not for wrod - just brings crowds. Anyway, I'm skiing again on Friday at Loveland. Racer kids and blue skies. So nice.

I mean, you watched it and then promoted it on a ski forum. Sounds like you've watched more than this one too..... If that's not stoke, I don't know what is lol

Sorry, I don’t think posting about it here counts as promoting it, especially given that I did so in jest and was amazed how much effort that dude spent filming himself ski a 300’ vert icy run at Wanker Park, along with drone shots and video shots of himself driving in and walking to the lift. I can’t even fathom skiing with a camera on the end of your pole, staring back at you. Why fucking bother. It’s just sad IMO, to be that narcissistic. But whatever!
