Nope. Didn't go past Dream lake. We poked around the the tops of the knobs, started into into Chaos Canyon then walked a bit toward the Otis Couloirs, before turning back. Found the same crap all around. Trying to get to know the area better since we knew the skiing would be poor.

Made it aspen to summit in a little over 3 hours. Didn’t get quite as much snow there but highlands skied awesome where it blew in and no lines really. Not sure if the bowl opened but I had to get out of there unfortunately because I have sidewalks to unbury in Silverthorne tomorrow AM

Sounds like there’s lots to be skied yet that didn’t open today. Have at it front range

Abasin and Ikon passholder specials all weekend at the Basin. These two seem like pretty nice perks:
Passholder first tracks (8:00 a.m.) -- Get early access to the Black Mountain Express and Pali lifts!
$5 breakfast burritos (8:00 a.m. till we run out) -- Get one in the lift lines at Black Mountain Express and Pali (CASH only)

Love the 29.25” 3-day report. That extra .25” makes all the difference...

It's social media. Everything is the biggest. Blame Trump.

The crowds are horrible, it’s freezing cold and the snow sucks. Tell your friends.

Skied Breck today with two of my kids, great snow, skied from 8:30-12:30 then had to jet, lines were getting long around then, feel blessed to be able to share such a great day with my kids.

Not a soul touring in The Park today it felt like, we had first tracks on nearly everything we skied over the course of the day. One of those phenomenal days where you just can't bring yourselves to stop it's so dang good.

And I thought waiting 20 min at Morning Side was bad. That’s just stupid.

We were waiting in the Loveland Chet’s shitshow this morning and my daughter said, “Is this what it’s like to ski in Vail?” I said yes. I was wrong.

Read the Vail Instagram comments. It took people 1.5-2 hours to get back out of that bowl. That’s fucking deplorable.

People wait that long for “it’s a small world” at Disney world all the time, my favorite ride at Disney too, really puts things in perspective.

This was probably 15 minutes after the rope drop. When I rolled in, it was only a half full maze and exploded by the time we got on.
