West ropes were firing! Lots of work being done on the ridge as well from what I could hear.

Pali then the Zuma rope drop delivered. Carnage on that blind rollover before the cat track at the bottom Zuma. Couple guys charged it into a boulder field. Sucks.

Today was probably the best day of the season. Maybe Christmas Day was a little better. Crowded but totally manageable.

Not sure what we'll end up with, but not as deep as up north. That said, 5" report and was nuking at times after the report. I definitely made turns in snow that was a foot, and definitely made turns in just 5"...

Best day of this season for me, which isn't saying much, but that would've been a stellar day any season.

Yeah enough carnage at the bottom of Zuma that Patrol had to close everything past Durance. Likely a punctured lung on the one fellow being treated at the base of Schauffler.

Had a great day, soft deep turns everywhere and then the beavers opened with untracked, knee deep snow.

If I had to, I would have dropped 2 bills for today, especially given this season. But I got a ride in, skied pow with a friend all day, then skied untracked deep pow homeward bound and got picked up by another friend who dropped me off at my front door.

It was a hellava blow job of a day!

Today was awesome. Easily the best day of the season (except xmas morning which I spent shuffling around on intermediate runs with the fam)... You can all thank my guests from upstate NY who have unbelievable luck in bringing snow to CO when they visit. I can't remember the last day I went skiing and actually felt tired at the end of the day... I, and just about everyone I know, really needed this.

You're not the only one. I was even double booked in the afternoon, so while I did spend time clearing my calendar, it was so that I would only have to be in one place instead of two. I tried to make up for it by getting a bunch of shit done, but, yeah.

Stoked for those who got some, what a great day!!
