Foggy, if you are using the CAIC for the Herman Gulch, I suspect its incorrect. Its been wonky for a while. -48 on Jan 13th at 4pm does not sound right. But yes, the Fraser Valley is nice and chilly. Cheers!

Does anyone have any suggestions for bars and restaurants in Breck? I'll be in town next week. I've skied there before, but this will be my first time staying in town.

Thanks!
One more question: better to park at F lot or the gondola lots? We're staying just south of town so will probably drive in.

Stay at fastfred's house like I do. He likes when you bring ladies home from the bedpan saloon.

Aren't we supposed to the planning, scheming, and generally freaking about about this:
We can catch our breath for a few hours today before the next big wave of moisture enters the state. This next round is going to be juicy and will bump a good number of zones into HIGH (Level 4) danger by Monday morning. Steamboat and the Flat Tops are going to get walloped with forecast storm totals in the 20-30" range. Vail/Summit County and the Front Range aren't quite as exciting, but look to grab 10-16".

Starting to puke in WY and UT. Hopefully we get that wave soon.

Started snowing pretty hard in Eagle about an hour ago. It was pretty warm here today (45*), but just before the snow started the temp dropped by about 15 degrees and it got super windy. Hopefully this keeps up for the next 36 hours.
