Yeah, if we're writing it up for Incidents in NA Mountaineer -- we can treat it objectively and learn, but shit like this is just fucking dumb.
Personally, I find that group to be extremely judgmental and somewhat entertaining. one guy posts a pic of their ski track and people demand pit results and shame the skier for not providing that information. I go for the entertainment and i don't think I've posted yet. You gotta treat some comment sections (FB/newpaper/etc) like a TV and you don't talk to the TV.

To be fair, there are some people who actively troll that forum. They intentionally post things that they know will be viewed as sketchy, then get confrontational when people point out that it looks sketchy.

I've noticed that. There was a snowboarder that posted a photo of him jumping off the berthoud shack roof that got the people going..... Not too surprising that he's a sponsored rider for Virduka

yep, that was one of the examples I noticed. And he and his crew (I say that loosely, I have no idea who knows who) have posted similar types of things in a few places, and get aggro about how good they are and how they know what they're doing and everyone is a beater for questioning them. It seems to be what they are trying to do, stir up shit. And yeah, that dude, not at all surprising who sponsors him.

Silverton report...conditions are all over the map. Thin cover is a given, but the wind and avi debris has wrecked quite a bit of upper mountain terrain. Tiger #s and Cabin rode the best.

What to expect ? You will ride steep lines. You will drill rocks. You will find some powder. You will have a good time

    Lol - you’re not wrong!

I’m indifferent to Tiger, but I love Cabin. If it’s possible for any Silverton run to be underrated, that be my vote. Steep, cool mini tree shots and in the right conditions , the gully is sssiiiccckkk

Hate is a strong word, so I'll say I really really dislike this brand. It's cheap, cheesy, weak minded and has an aesthetic that died 7 years ago.

Agree. I see the biggest posers wearing this crap both in Denver and Summit County.
