I have nothing constructive to add on ski town real estate, but now I really want a Stash pie. Thanks for that!

Kill internet service to the mountains and all will go back to the good old days when locals lived their happy lives and didn't have to live in their homeless trucks.

It's the fucking cheese counter in City Market. Dude is about to be disappointed.

The Pizza Hut is gone, a long-time local joint moved in and added on a patio.

Any mag beta on the Southwest huts along La Manga and Cumbres Pass? Looks like it might be more x-country focused, curious if the downhill options are worth the drive.
Those passes get good snow. Not super exciting but the best skiing I have had was on the southeast side of Neff Mountain.

I love it here, but it sure would be nice to average another 10-15” a year in precipitation.

Thanks for the beta Cloud, as well as BFD and Danno. Short SE aspects for the win!

Conejos Canyon, the S San Juans, Platoro, La Manga / Cumbres Passes , that whole area is really unique. I’m looking forward to getting down there again

With the way climate change is going, Colorado is gonna turn tropical at some point.

    Get your horns out!

I wouldn't complain about that show at all. I just enjoy a good metal show- new or old school.

No shit. It creates pretty pictures but I can't tell whether I'm just getting fat, old and out of shape on trail runs or smokey fucks me even at the break of dawn.

I have noticed quite often this summer the smoke map looking like this, it really hasn't been bad in summit except for a couple days here and there. Just smoke sitting and taking a shit in Denver.

    Colorado Weather Discussion Thread

Sorry, winter is lift lines , PWLs and “two weeks until a pattern change”.

We’ll make up for it with a 2 day 15” storm that creates “all time” conditions

colorado is too far south for good weather
I think there is some ski areas in wyoming that might work
the north east or pacific northwest might work better for everyone
no traffic and no one skis there
