... at the Huka Bar just off of State just north of Fashion Place Mall (approx. 300 east and 6100 south) at 9pm.

Anybody that lives in the south valley or for that matter anywheres close should be at this show. They were made famous locally by the Powderwhores a couple of years ago with "killing time." I picked up there debut cd and for some strange reason have not seen them live yet, but according to ALL reviews they abso-fuggin-lutely slay it on stage.

I am super stoked to see them this Friday as it will for sure be a fun time. They have received big ups from the likes of G-Love. Their sound is a fun mixture coming from alot of different tastes. Give them a listen on I-Tunes or thier myspace page or at cdbaby ... you will not be dissapointed.

Maggots that I think would dig them for sure are DTM, Altachic, Grizz, PowHo, RE, Boris, Overstoke, etc. + anybody that looking for a super fun Friday night.

Heh, there was copious amounts of beer and glenlivit drank that night and my buddy proceeded to man crush the band and stagger drunkenly into getting an autographed cd, while yapping frentically about..... I lived in Utah TOO! I meanwhile wandered around the dancefloor like a dying swallow and attempted to not get punched in the face.
