The Bros are heading to Nelson BC on Thursday... Would any Maggots like to intercept? Possibly meet in Nelson or on the way from WA.

The Bros have been active but not profiled here in the last couple weeks, sorry about that. Very few mags, other than SorryBro, expressed interest in them during their WA stay. They should go to Beaver today in Nelson, and I'm sure this thread will get interesting again.

Ya, I know, but like you said, I'm a lazy bastard. I'm already wasting enough time here when I should be working.

Hey there, I'm a long time lurker who works with Beaver. When the Bros showed up yesterday I just had to take the morning off and try them out... now I'm gonna have to buy a pair. What a sweet ride!

I'll probably get flamed for being a JONG and taking these out, but man, it was worth it.

    Good work JONG!

    We'll need pictures, you know?
And you might as well throw in some pics of the BRO's too.

Once you ride them, pics of nekkid females riding them is an obligation.
I mean, they don't have to be in the snow or anything.

Beaver left the travellin' Bros at the Red Patrol room after skiing them on Saturday...

So far I've gotten two of the 'trollers out on them, and my gf. Everyone has come back with big smiles... wouldn't be suprised if you see a couple of orders adressed to Rossland in the next while.

One ski is having some issues. Tip delam and underfoot delam. I'm worked right now from an OB avalanche response (no burial as it turned out) but we'll see if we can't throw some epoxy at them before they get on their way again...

Damn. I'd sure like to fix those and get them back out on the road.
When they get back to the states, someone needs to send them in for an oil change.

The underfoot is nasty. They were epoxied but not clamped tight enough and there is a section of ski that is thicker on one side than the other. Still skied real nice if you remembered to put the blown sidewall to the outside.

Splat - I was going to try to get them to Calgary next weekend, if you'd prefer I'll see if I can get them heading south. How much to ship to you do you you figure?

The tip delam is pretty nasty too. I think it's on the same ski. I'll see if the shop at Red could hook us up - the tech there is pretty good.

Beaver you got any ski plans this week, or are you wage slavin'?

splat - how does the flex of these compare to the current soft BROs? Especially the Swiss 174?

I'd have to flex them. It has changed since we manufactured in Quebec.
Plus, those skis prolly have 100's of days on them.
The 174s would be stiffer, though. I just know that.

I'd prefer if you'd get them heading, let's say 100 miles northeast to me over here, I'd like to give em a go this Friday. Am driving Teus/Thurs, maybe we can arrange a pick-up.
